It seems that Paris Hilton doesn’t like free publicity. At least, that is what her reaction to John McCain using her image alongside Barack Obama, in an ad, makes us believe. It is true that McCain did not ask for her permission before committing the sin. But who would have thought that someone, who has made a career through free publicity, would ever mind it. Is it that she would have rather preferred a solo appearance with Obama than having Britney Spears for company? Or did she take offense to Obama being referred to as the ‘biggest celebrity in the world’. But the truth might just be that, the professional that Paris is, she never let go an opportunity like this one. This makes one wonder about the cyclic nature of publicity and its intrinsically intricate manipulation.

The celebrated hotel heiress is apparently trying hard to get rid of her ‘dumb’ tag. Believe it or not, Paris Hilton has struck upon a brand new “original” idea of hosting yet another reality show. After Simple Life and Best Friends Forever, it looks like Hilton can’t run out of showcasing reality! This time, she hopes to bring together celebrity parparazzi victims and share their novel experiences with the media. Inspired by Dina Lohan and Denise Richard’s latest reality scoop, Paris is all set to unite media-haters within this special two-hour show that is also rumoured to feature Britney Spears, Lindsay Lohan, Nicole Richie, Tori Spelling, Mary-Kate and Ashley Olsen as her co-stars. That looks like too many divas under one roof!

Now this is what we call, lending a musical hand. Yes, Paris Hilton’s musician boy friend Benji is what he’s doing for his lady love these days. We have already read much about Hilton’s soon to be aired MTV reality show ‘My New BFF’ and both Benji and Paris are putting up a lot of effort for its theme song. Apart from helping with the music of the title track, Benji is also working on lyrics, which would later be recorded in Hilton’s voice. Wow, Paris has really stepped into Benji’s shoes so soon. Tracking the musical notes in Hilton’s Beverly Hills mansion, Hilton was reported to be extremely excited about spending almost six complete weeks with 20 contestants under the same roof, only to hunt her new shopping buddy. Also you can catch the more musical side of Hilton later this year, when she hopes to come out with her another album, as a follow-up to her 2006 debut CD Paris. However, for the moment we are keeping our fingers crossed to hear the musical chemistry between the duo.

I guess the faculty at the Western Science decided to have real fun in the exam this time. The multiple choice quizzes exam had some strikingly odd questions and responses to them. I wonder what made the examiner put this question about socialite Paris Hilton’s identity and that too with these funny options. I hope both the examiner and candidate had no personal grudges against Hilton for marking the option ‘C’ (Paris Hilton is the reason society is collapsing) as one of the correct answer. I’m sure Hilton will soon start a publicity campaign, if she comes across this paper. Out of curiosity, what would your option be?

If there is one person that we have written about endlessly and also been really critical of, it must of course be Paris Hilton. We love to dislike celebrities like her and pick out faults and have a nice time. However, this time around, Paris has proven that she is not just a dumb bimbo but can actually speak a few words and make sense too. Even if the words were well rehearsed, she has at least acted well, an ability, which we doubt she had. In the latest rebuttal to the McCain’s ‘Celeb’ ad, Paris speaks passionately about conserving energy and how important it is to use electric cars and how the problems can be solved. She lashes out at McCain and his age of course and makes it sound like she has been really reading up. This time, we have nothing against her, but praises, only praises. And yes, she does look good this time in the video with a magazine in her hands.

Paris Hilton wanted a cute picture with a cute puppy, so she went to purchase a Yorkshire terrier for her photo shoot. Well, it did not go down very well with the Puppy Store on Melrose Avenue in LA. They were concerned with the safety of the puppy and said that Paris was taking an impulsive decision. The store should be awarded with an ASPCA award (American Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals). Paris was enraged and must have reminded a few of Cruella- the villain of the 101 Dalmations. The Puppy Store surely did not want the fiction to become reality.

Incredible but true! Paris Hilton is getting fat! The most remarkable changes are in the thighs; they have grown fuller. Her mates say that she has moved to Diet Coke from Zero Coke and is eating more breakfast. Is she growing fat because she is eating more or is it something else? There has been a lot of talk about babies from Benji Madden. Your guess is good as mine. As for the maternity suit Paris is wearing in the pics, one cannot really go by that. She has very teasing nature. She loves to play pranks.

Since 2001, Paris Hilton is seen in several minor and supporting roles in feature films. However, she is famous for her own recording albums and is doing well in her singing career. She is expected to combine her two talents in the forthcoming rock musical, “Repo! The Genetic Opera”. Some of the clips have been recently released and one can see her in the clip, which is of more than three minutes. She is portraying Amber Sweet who is daughter of Rotti Largo and is addicted to surgery in the film.

Hold on! The film also includes Paul Sorvino, Tobin Bell, Sarah Brightman and Anthony Head. It’s a film by Lionsgate Films’ tidbit and the director is Darren Lynn Bousman. Terrance Zdunich and Darren Smith has written the script and the film is expected on November 7 this year. Well! Seems to be a film based on quite talked about topic recently. The character that Paris Hilton is playing in the film gets trapped in a company that provides organ transplant for a price. It is only when the film gets released we will come to know how well it is made and the issue dealt with. Let’s hope and wait till then.

Paris Hilton recently made jaws drop, not with a plunging neckline, but by actually managing to appear intelligent in her public response to McCain’s use of her pic in a campaign ad. For those of you who wish for Paris to remain out of politics and in the midst of entertainment, Paris’ latest plans won’t disappoint you. In an interview with San Diego’s CityBeat, the blond socialite revealed that she is currently involved in the production of a cartoon series featuring none other than sexy Paris as a superhero.

Paris would be working with Spider-Man co-creator, Stan Lee, on the cartoon which is being developed in collaboration with MTV. A release date has not been announced for the as yet untitled cartoon and Paris’ superpower in it has not been disclosed either, although she claims to prefer the power of invisibility. Perhaps, Paris’ superpower in her cartoon would reflect that of her real life- the power to party all night!

The new signature line shoes, launched by the hotel heiress herself at Macy’s in South Coast Plaza, threatens to be a big flop however, from what the initial look suggests. The celeb, on the other hand, refuses to confine herself within gossip mags and fashion lists - its the political scenario that’s next in store for Hilton. No wonder, she has gone out of her way to campaign for Republican candidate John McCain in the forthcoming presidential elections.

The blonde, however, hasn’t yet wiped off her party animal traits - soon after the launching of her shoe line, she was found grooving at a nightclub in Las Vegas, true to her style.
