During an interview with entertainment show, Extra, heiress Hilton confirmed her break up with Stavros Niarchos and said that she is doing great without him too. She claims that Stavros is an amazing guy and they are still like best of friends. It didn’t take her much longer to come out of the break up trauma; thanks to her alleged affair with football star, Matt Leinart. However both of them are keeping mum about their relationship and claim to be ‘just friends’.
