Paris Hilton is suing card giant Hallmark over the use of her picture on a greeting card and her trademarked phrase ‘That’s Hot.’
The heiress claims Hallmark created a card entitled ‘Paris’s First Day as a Waitress’ that uses a picture of Paris’ face superimposed over a cartoon of a waitress serving food that says ‘Don’t touch that, it’s hot. What’s hot? That’s hot.’

Paris is seeking $500,000 in damages and claims Hallmark misappropriated her image and invaded her privacy with the card.
The lawsuit claims:
• Commercial appropriation of identity
• Misappropriation of publicity
• False representation that Hilton endorses the product
• Invasion of privacy
• Infringement of a federally registered trademark
Wow! I would’ve loved to buy that card!
