Spoilt-brat Paris Hilton is in a big time mess, as Los Angeles City Attorney has obtained documents filed with the court, in which prosecutors say they want Paris to spend at least 45 days in jail.
Paris has to appear on probation for violation and allegedly driving on a suspended license.
The legal papers ask that:
Hilton be ordered to serve 45 days in County Jail. And we also want that Paris will not consume any alcohol for a continuous period of 90 days. And also she will be monitored for alcohol consumption ... by use of a Secure Continuous Remote Alcohol Monitoring (SCRAM) device at her expense.
Well I hope Paris you get out of this mess soon or else you may have to end up in jail for what...45 days. I wish you all the best!

Paris’ ”partying” has gotten her into trouble. She should serve time in jail! Paris Hilton VIOLATED the law and anyone from ”normal” walks of life would have to serve the time, so she should too! What makes her so important....because she’s a Hilton?!?! PLEASE SPARE ME!!!! I am sick and tired of the rich and famous getting away with crimes again and again. She does NOTHING for society, only what benefits HER. Her pampered lifestyle has obviously deluded her to think she is entitled to just walk free and do whatever she pleases, regardless of whether she is breaking the law. NO WAY! Maybe she’ll think next time she’s posing for photos outside yet ANOTHER bar!!! MANY people have absolutely no sympathy for her whatsoever, obviously myself included. I hope the Judge upholds his decision to have her serve the time ANY ”ORDINARY” person would have to serve!! The silver spoon shouldn’t bail her out of this one. All this woman ever does is ”party” and she should pay the price. She is no more important than anyone else. She should realize that no matter who you are, you need to follow the laws of this country!!!!! Lastly, if she truly wrote the above message to the President, citing her ”shopping trips and club appearances” as a reason to be pardoned, she deserves to have ANOTHER 45 days added to her sentence!!! If this is a big joke to her, let her laugh about it behind bars!!!
What’s so sad about this is, I don’t think Paris will learn from this. She needs a wakeup call but I don’t think she gets it. If she goes to jail she still come out and party hard. Some people don’t have sense enough to take life seriously. It’s not all fun and games.
