Paris has to spend 23 days in jail with two-person cells reserved for police officers, public officials, celebrities and other high-profile inmates, and like everyone else in the 2,200-inmate facility, Paris will get at least an hour outside her cell each day to shower, watch television, participate in outdoor recreation or talk on the telephone. After the news about Paris cutting short her sentence from 45 days in jail to 23 days, now new news has come out that Paris’ lawyer has officially filed a document with the court for discarding her appeal for her sentence. According to sources, Hilton’s lawyer had planned to file an appeal at 1:30 PM today in Judge Michael Sauer’s courtroom. Michael is the one who decreed Hilton to 45 days in jail. But Paris gives her observations saying that her lawyer has gotten her the best break she can possibly get. So the proposed appeal will not occur and Paris will be thankful.Well Paris good-luck!
