Here’s one news that will cheer up both the fans and critics of Paris Hilton. As per reports, the social butterfly has taken up a new challenge and accepted the offer to appear on the hit lesbian series The L Word. Though she will be putting up a guest appearance on the acclaimed U.S. cable TV show, there will be no surprise if she is cast as a regular member. Still unsure about the exact details of her role, Paris appeared clearly thrilled to be a part of the hit TV show as she spoke to Parade.com. She said, It’s true. I have no idea what kind of character I’ll be playing, but it’s a good show. So, the folks who are trying their best to label Paris as lesbian may call for a celebration as they have a chance to see their dreams coming true, if not in reality then atleast on TV. As far as her fans are concerned, they will always welcome her every move. You know sometimes I really wonder what sort of thoughts usually sail in the minds of all those people who are always working overtime to spread bad things about Paris. I’m really impressed by the grit of these self-proclaimed moral police. Inspite of failing drastically in each of their missions, they are always blessed with renewed strength and determination to carry on with their dimwitted task. Anyway, I’m really happy for Paris Hilton. Image Via: Pr-inside

Clueless Paris prepared speech for Harvard Lampoon award
It was supposed to be a highly sarcastic comment on the naiveté of posh socialites ruling the national psyche, but Harvard Lampoon’s Woman of the Year award to Paris Hilton backfired big time in the organizers’ face as their staff not only took the heiress out clubbing after the botched ceremony, but the crowd also seemed more interested in seeing and mimicking the hot Hilton than mocking her faux award as was originally intended. Paris, for her part, played the humble awardee, to her best, even going through the painstaking effort of writing a speech for the occasion. Not that any of it ever rose above non-sensical gibberish with phrases like “an international icon meets countless people everyday, and all you people came all these blocks just to see me.” Lampoon had, earlier hoped that Paris “doesn’t… start doing the math” and figure out why her name was below other celebs like Scarlett Johansson and Catherine Zeta Jones. At this point we’re just wondering who should be made the butt of all jokes: Paris or Harvard! P.S. check out Paris’ speech, it’s very “becoming” of her! Image Source: Gawker
Paris glitters at the premiere of her upcoming film ‘The Hottie & The Nottie’
If you hate Paris Hilton then you surely belong to the underprivileged community. Obviously, what else could be more frustrating than waking up daily to witness the town painted with beautiful pictures of your most hated person? I’m sure you got my point. It definitely hurts. Doesn’t it? I’m glad I don’t fall into this category. I love Paris and I’m proud to be a Paris fan. Yesterday she was spotted in her full glory at the premiere of her upcoming flick The Hottie & The Nottie at Hollywood’s Egyptian Theatre. Sporting a golden tan and a super-sexy gown, she looked every bit a celestial object. Anyway, let me have the pleasure of presenting you with some breathtaking pics of her. P.S. I offer my heartfelt condelences to her critics. Via: Just Jared
